Awesome! The employees are all very upbeat, and happy to serve you! The drinks are fantastic and so much better priced than some of their competitors (not to use names, but starts with an “S”). I just left a few minutes ago with some friends. The lady outside taking the orders was super sweet but unfortunately forgot to scan in my friends points and we didn’t notice until we pulled up to the window. The two women inside (one working the window with curly hair and one with glasses making our drinks) were very rude, super unhelpful and made us feel completely belittled. They made my friends drink completely wrong and she was still nice and continued to ask for them just to add the cream they forgot and was met with an attitude and hostile facial expressions which made my friend feel completely belittled. Dutch Bros do better- maybe considering hiring people who enjoy their jobs and get rid of the ones who don’t. I will not be returning.
My friend who has had Dutch Bros 8n her area for a long time raves about it. This was my first time going and it was amazing. The employees were really cool and great drinks. I didn't know they gave out stickers on the first Wednesday of the month! Im too old to be excited by stickers but here i am super stoked!
My experience at this Dutch Bros was not okay. The woman who took my order was very nice and helpful. However once I got to the window to ask about the points I would be receiving, considering I had a free large drink the lady at the window was nothing but rude to me. She made me feel belittled and stupid for asking a simple question that I’m sure she has heard before. I will not be coming back to this Dutch Bros because the environment was nothing but hostile, I want to make it clear that it was not just the lady at the window but it was also the people working inside. The employees here are trained to be welcoming and open to talking to their customers meanwhile, they seem like they were trained to be hateful and absolutely rude.
I haven't given a review in ages, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I've worked in customer service my entire working career. I have never been to Dutch Bros and I live about an hour away, but was in the area for work. There was I believe a red head gal taking my order, and I just wanted to say she gave me the best customer service I've seen in a LONG time. Whatever I ordered or said, she said was 'slay'. She could have thought me order was terrible, but I loved her attitude. Then she asked about my plans for the rest of the day. Her personality was just the best. You have a real gem working for you!!! I hope you see this and know what a delight you are. ❤️
Since the day the day they opened it’s been a real nice experience! But today I had a bad one while ordering my coffee. Apparently the “little girl” who was taking orders asked me a question about the coffee and I told her you are confusing me because I never have had that asked before and she looked at me like I was an idiot on top of that she talked down to me! Like what the hell! Better customer service needs to be done.
What's amazing is the time their open, 5AM!!! No other coffee establishment is open this early!! I start my day at 5AM and have to have my early morning expresso!! The friendly customer service is awesome! The product is delicious and the staff is knowledgeable! I've found my new coffee shop!!
